Salt & Vinegar Smashed Potatoes

SALT & VINEGAR SMASHED POTATOES

Prosecco Wine Vinegar

Ingredients:

3lb Red Potatoes, rinsed

¼ cup Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil — also available in 250ml, 500ml, 750ml

2 Tbsp Parmesan Asiago Dipper & Seasoning

1 tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt

2 Tbsp Prosecco Wine Vinegar


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Add potatoes to a large pot of cold salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until fork tender, about 15 minutes.

  3. Drain potatoes and transfer to a baking sheet. Evenly distribute the potatoes then use the bottom of a pint glass or ramekin dish to smash each potato down into a thinner pancake like shape.

  4. Drizzle the potatoes with Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil, Parmesan Asiago Dipper & Seasoning, and Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt.

  5. Bake potatoes until they are crispy, about 45 minutes.

  6. Finish with Prosecco Wine Vinegar and enjoy!
