8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is shipped and tracking information is provided, it is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure timely delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to shipping restrictions, you will be notified and issued a refund.

10. Damaged or Defective Items
