Ingredients:

Blake Hill Raspberry Mostarda

Jasper Hill Farm Harbison Cheese

Effie’s Homemade Cocoa Biscuits

Brooklyn Cured Tuscan Red Wine Beef Salami

Lake Champlain Dark Chocolate Bar

Pretzels

Shelled Pistachios

Green Grapes


Directions:

  1. Cut and remove the top rind of the Harbison cheese to expose the soft interior.

  2. Place the cheese on the board with a serving knife.

  3. Place a small jar or bowl of Raspberry Mostarda on the board.

  4. Break the dark chocolate bar into bite-sized pieces.

  5. Arrange the cocoa biscuits, chocolate, pretzels, pistachios, salami, and grapes on the board.

  6. Garnish with a few pre-assembled bites, serve, and enjoy!
