Apricot Orange & Honey
Simple and elegant, this cheese board will make you think you’ve gone on vacation! Ingredients:
Blake Hill Apricot Orange & Honey Jam
Jasper Hill Farm Oma Cheese
Brooklyn Cured Smoked Beef Salami
Baguette
Local Microgreens
Green Olives
Toasted Chickpeas
Directions:
Slice the baguette thinly on a bias, butter one side of each slice, and toast in the oven at 350°F until golden brown on top.
Cut the Oma cheese into large wedges and place on the board.
Place a small jar or bowl of Apricot Orange & Honey Jam on the board.
Arrange the toasted baguette slices, salami, olives, and chickpeas on the board.
Garnish with fresh microgreens, serve, and enjoy!
