Mango Habanero Chili Jam


Sweet, spicy, and totally irresistible! Blake Hill’s Mango Habanero Chili Jam takes this margarita to the next level — tropical mango heat balanced with tequila, Grand Marnier, and fresh lemon, all rimmed with Tajín. Shake it up and cheers!


Ingredients:

2 heaping spoonfuls Blake Hill Mango Habanero Chili Jam

Tajín, for rimming

1 oz Tequila

0.5 oz Grand Marnier

1 Lemon, juiced

Ice

Lime, for garnish


Directions:

  1. Pour a thin layer of Tajín on a small plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip the rim into the Tajín to coat.

  2. Add ice, tequila, Grand Marnier, lemon juice, and two heaping spoonfuls of Mango Habanero Chili Jam to a cocktail shaker. Shake well to break down the jam.

  3. Fill the rimmed rocks glass with ice and strain the shaker contents into the glass.

  4. Garnish with a lime slice and cheers!
