Featuring tropical fruit flavors, habanero chili pepper heat from Blake Hill’s Mango Habanero Chili Jam, and the harmonious pairing of scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese, this burrito will be on your regular meal rotation. Perfect for breakfast after a morning in the garden, lunch after a spontaneous kayaking excursion, or dinner after a long day!


Ingredients:

Blake Hill Mango Habanero Chili Jam

Bell Peppers, chopped and sautéed

Eggs, scrambled

Sausage (optional)

Cheddar Cheese

Lavash Bread

Microgreens

Salsa


Directions:

  1. Chop and sauté bell peppers. Scramble eggs and heat sausage in separate skillets.

  2. Build the burrito: lay the lavash bread flat on a plate and layer with sausage, scrambled eggs, and bell peppers. Top with cheddar cheese.

  3. Add a couple of spoonfuls of Mango Habanero Chili Jam on top of the cheese.

  4. Add your favorite salsa and top with microgreens.

  5. Carefully roll up the lavash bread so as not to tear it. Serve immediately and enjoy!
