These creamy, dreamy Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes are the ultimate side dish! Made without butter, but still packed with flavor, they’re the perfect addition to any meal. Simple, decadent, and oh-so-satisfying!


Ingredients:

2 lb Russet Potatoes, peeled and sliced

¼ cup Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil — available in 100ml · 250ml · 500ml · 750ml

¼ cup Half and Half

2 tsp Black Garlic Sea Salt

⅓ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Chives, to finish


Directions:

  1. Add potatoes to a large pot of salted cold water. Bring water to a simmer and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. Strain potatoes and add to a large bowl. Use a potato ricer for smooth potatoes or a hand masher for more textured potatoes.

  3. Mix in Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil, half and half, Black Garlic Sea Salt, and Parmesan. Careful not to overmix to avoid a gluey texture.

  4. Top with chives and serve.


Recipe Note: For smooth potatoes, use a hand ricer to push cooked potatoes through before adding in the other ingredients. Otherwise, use a hand masher for a more rustic texture.
