For the Cornbread Muffins:
1 Boxed Cornbread Muffin Mix
Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil, according to box directions — available in 100ml · 250ml · 500ml · 750ml
For the Whipped Maple Bourbon Butter:
½ cup Unsalted Butter, softened
2 Tbsp Bourbon Barrel Aged Balsamic — available in 100ml · 250ml · 500ml · 750ml
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
¼ tsp Smokey Bacon Sea Salt
Directions:
Follow directions on boxed cornbread mix, substituting Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil for the vegetable oil.
While they are baking, make the Whipped Maple Bourbon Butter. In a medium bowl, use a small whisk or hand mixer to whip together the butter, Bourbon Barrel Aged Balsamic, maple syrup, and Smokey Bacon Sea Salt.
