Four star Santoku Knife 7''
The ZWILLING Four Star 7" Hollow Edge Santoku Knife is a Japanese-inspired all-purpose kitchen knife built for the three core cutting techniques that give it its name — santoku means "three virtues" in Japanese. Mince garlic, slice cucumber, and dice onions with precision and ease. The hollow edge features small indentations (grantons) along the blade that prevent food from sticking while cutting, making it ideal for thin, clean slices. Four Star knives are made from a proprietary special formula high-carbon stainless steel perfected over nearly 300 years, combined with ZWILLING's signature FRIODUR ice-hardening technique for a blade that is harder, sharper, and retains its edge longer without staining or chipping. Each knife is SIGMAFORGE precision-forged from a single piece of steel for an exceptionally sturdy, balanced, and flexible blade.
