FRESH HERB & GARLIC CHIMICHURRI STEAK

Ingredients:
Steak
2 1lb Steaks of Choice
2 Tbsp Mediterranean Rosemary Rub & Seasoning
1 ½ tsps Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt, divided
Chimichurri
1 cup Mixed Fresh Herbs of Choice (Parsley, Chives, Oregano)
1 Lemon, juiced and zested
1 Large Clove Garlic
1 Tbsp Dark Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
¼ cup Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil
¼ tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt
Directions:
Season steaks generously with Mediterranean Rub and 1 tsp sea salt. Let marinate for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. Pat steaks dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture before cooking.
In a blender or food processor combine mixed herbs, lemon juice and zest, garlic, dark balsamic, olive oil, and ¼ tsp sea salt. Set aside.
Heat grill over medium high heat. Add steak and cook 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Top steak with herb sauce and serve with Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes.
