Get ready for the ultimate veggie upgrade! These Bacon & Sriracha Roasted Brussels Sprouts bring the perfect balance of smoky bacon, sweet heat from Sriracha, and crispy golden goodness. Even if you’re not a brussels sprout fan, this sweet and spicy combo will change your mind in the best way possible!
Ingredients:
20 Brussels Sprouts, cut in half
2 Tbsp Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil — available in 100ml · 250ml · 500ml · 750ml
3 Slices Bacon, diced small
2 tsp Sriracha Sea Salt
½ tsp Rainbow Pepper
2-3 Tbsp Spicy Sriracha White Barrel Aged Balsamic
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Arrange the halved brussels sprouts evenly on a baking sheet, cut side down. Do not overcrowd.
Drizzle with Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil and sprinkle evenly with slices of bacon, Sriracha Sea Salt, and Rainbow Pepper.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
Remove the sheet pan from the oven then drizzle the brussels sprouts with Spicy Sriracha White Barrel Aged Balsamic.
Bake another 5 minutes to allow the vinegar to caramelize. Enjoy!
