Naked Blueberry Lemon Vinaigrette

NAKED BLUEBERRY LEMON VINAIGRETTE

Naked Blueberry Spread


A simple vinaigrette you’ll want on repeat. Bright, jammy, and perfectly balanced, this dressing is just as good on a fresh salad as it is working double duty as a marinade for pork or tofu.


Ingredients:

4 Tbsp Naked Blueberry Spread

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar or Balsamic Vinegar

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper to taste


Directions:

  1. Use an almost-empty jar of Naked Blueberry Spread with about 4 tablespoons of jam inside, or add 4 tablespoons to a mason jar.

  2. Add apple cider vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Shake well to combine.

  3. Ready to use as a dressing or marinade. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
